The hotel and its apartments are in a historical cave dwelling in soft volcanic tuff hills. Guests enjoy the authentic charm and the history of this unusual accommodation with the modern services of today. Each stay makes for a particularly great experience. The hotel was opened in 2003 and has a total of 20 apartments. Guests are offered a lobby with a hotel safe. In addition, there is a bar and a conference room as well as an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant within this unusual place. Additionally, there is a room and laundry service available. The hotel also has a children's playground outside. Guests arriving by car may make use of the car park and garage.

The rustic and comfortable rooms are all equipped with a ventilation system. The comfortable studios come equipped with an integrated living room/bedroom with a chimney, a separate bedroom, an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer and a kitchenette with a fridge. Additional furnishings include a direct dial telephone, a radio, TV and central heating.

A swimming pool with sun loungers and sunshades are all located in the outdoor complex.
