Opened in 2005, this hotel comprises a total of 100 rooms spread over 6 floors of which 98 are double rooms and 2 are suites. The hotel was a former official residence of the Juegos Mediterráneos XV (Mediterranean Games), which promoted the construction of modern technology and design. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a luggage room, a lift and a café. Moreover, there is a bar, a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant on offer to guests serving a mixture of traditional Spanish cuisine. Business guests are offered conference rooms and Internet access. Those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park. Room and laundry services round off the offerings.
