Lamentable, los de las 4 **** debe ser por adornar la fachada, pues los servicios brillan por su ausencia, NO TIENEN MOZO PARA CARGAR/DESCARGAR EL EQUIPAJE, NO TIENEN PARKING (el mas cercano esta a 500 metros y es carisimo), EL AIRE O TE HIELAS O TE ABRASAS, EL VADO PARA CARGA Y DESCARGA ESTA SIEMPRE OCUPADO Y LOS RESPONSABLES DEL HOTEL SE ENCONGEN DE HOMBROS CUANDO SE LO DICES.
