Description of the Hotel Flamingo:

This air-conditioned hotel was built in 2005. It consists of a total of 66 rooms on 5 floors of which 55 are doubles and 6 are singles as well as 5 suites. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a cloakroom and lifts. In addition, the hotel offers a café, a bar, a games room, a TV room, an à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area, a conference room and Internet access. There is also a room and laundry service, a bicycle cellar and rental, a car park and garage as well as a playground and kids' club for younger guests.

The pleasantly decorated, air-conditioned rooms include an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, minibar, central heating and a safe. In addition, the rooms also include a beautiful panoramic view over the open sea.

The hotel's outdoor complex offers its own pool with sun loungers and parasols surrounded by a garden. In addition, it offers a small gym as well as an indoor heated swimming pool. Guests may also take advantage of the opportunity to go water skiing, jet skiing, diving, motor boating, surfing, windsurfing, sailing, aqua aerobics or hire a catamaran (booking and payment directly at the hotel). Those wishing to keep their feet upon dry land may enjoy snooker, aerobics or cycling/mountain biking.

Todo muy bien, excepto la incomodidad que supone no poder aparcar ni pararse en la puerta del Hotel cuando llegas con las maletas para descargarlas y ademas no conoces los alrededores. Había unos maceteros que cortan el acceso a la plaza. Sin saber la habitación bajamos al garaje como un favor para luego hacer los tramites de la reserva. Se debería poder pararse al menos unos minutos, sobretodo si no se tiene el servicio de garaje como en casi todos Hoteles de esa catgoria.   [read more]
