This 10-storey hotel was opened in 2003 and comprises 143 rooms of which 9 are suites. Facilities include a spacious, air-conditioned foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a cloakroom and several lifts in addition to a newspaper kiosk, a games room, a hotel bar where a selection of drinks and dishes may be enjoyed and a restaurant with highchairs for children. Business guests are offered use of seminar facilities and modern conference equipment and it is possible to make use of the public Internet terminal, room and laundry services. A car park and garage are on offer, as is a bicycle storage facility.

The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a minibar and centrally controlled air conditioning and heating. The suites are more spacious and additionally include a separate lounge.
