The hotel consists of a 5 storey building with a total of 350 double rooms and 50 apartments as well as various other facilities including a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, lifts and a café. Additional facilities include a small supermarket, shops, a hairdresser's salon, a games room and 3 restaurants with Italian, Argentinean and Canary Island cuisine. A conference room and public Internet terminal feature within the hotel. For younger guests there is a playground and children's club available. Room and laundry services (for an extra fee) complete the services on offer at this hotel.

The comfortable rooms come fitted with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer and bathrobe, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a radio, a fridge, air conditioning, a furnished terrace and a hire safe as standard. The apartments for 2 to 4 persons are similarly equipped and also have a combined living/ sleeping room with a sofa bed as well as a separate bedroom. The rooms adapted for disabled clients have baths with grab rails.
