Description of the Grand Hotel Park:

The air-conditioned beach hotel comprises a total of 244 rooms. Guests may gain access to the hotel gardens and terrace. Facilities include a foyer with a reception desk, a safe and a lift as well an Internet corner. Open 365 days a year and with its long catering experience the hotel offers guests top quality service throughout the holiday season as well as in the off-peak season. Further facilities include an apéritif bar and restaurant and a TV room. A diverse array of bars and restaurants as well as a bank, post office, shopping centre, etc. are to be found in the near vicinity. A variety of congress halls are available within the hotel: the 'Blue Room' (seating for 220 persons in a theatre style), 'Talir' (50 persons in a theatre style) and 'Romana' (30 persons in a theatre style). It is possible to adapt the hall shape into a U-shaped, banquet or classroom-style layout. The hotel is technically equipped for sound and video projections, and technical equipment can also be provided to cater to guests' needs and requirements. Complimentary car parking is to be found in front of the hotel.

Each of the air-conditioned rooms comes with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a minibar and a hire safe. All rooms have a balcony offering fabulous views out over the sea, the peninsula of Lapad or the park. The suites additionally come with a sitting area and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath.

Between the hotel and villas is a large, saltwater pool around which sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use as well as a poolside snack bar. There is also a 20 m long heated saltwater indoor pool. Further leisure options include table tennis and a massage service. Tennis courts are to be found in the near vicinity and it is just a short distance to the wonderful promenade that runs along Lapad Bay from whence magnificent views may be enjoyed out over the Elaphite Islands.

La decoración es un poco fria y con falta de gusto, han querido darle un toque de diseño, pero no lo han conseguido Esta todo muy limpio, nuevo y el personal es muy correcto. El desayuno podria mejorar. No ivan ni las tostadoras de pan (2) y las cafeteras de cafe expres hacian agua chirri La situación es muy buena Un consejo es alquilar un coche ya que sale muy barato solo se ha de vijilar con las multas ya que los ciudadanos nunca pagan en la zona azul pero a los turistas nos multan. En general si tubiera que volver, que me encantaria, iria al mismo hotel.   [read more]
