The hotel was built in 1988 and has a total of 396 double rooms on 6 floors. Facilities available to guests include a large pool and garden area, as well as a stylish lobby with lifts, safes and a currency exchange. There is also a reception, which is available 24 hours a day. Furthermore, there is a games room and TV room, in addition to a shop, a cosy piano bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and children's highchairs available on request. Business guests may make use of the conference room and the public Internet terminal. Additional services include a room and laundry service as well as medical assistance. Furthermore, the hotel provides the use of a car park, as well as a kids' club and a children's playground.

The rooms are tastefully furnished and include a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. A sitting area, telephone and satellite/cable TV are also provided. Further facilities include a radio, stereo, air conditioning, central heating, safe and a balcony.
