Opened in 2000, the stylish hotel comprises a total of 401 rooms. It is possible to take the panoramic funicular railway from the lobby to the pool and beach, passing waterfalls and sparkling streams along the way. Facilities on offer include a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe, a currency exchange counter, and lift access. Guests may also take advantage of the cafe, the bars, the nightclub, and the restaurants, while a public Internet connection, room service, a playground for younger visitors, and parking for those arriving by car complete the offerings.

The rooms come with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a TV, a radio, and a tea/ coffee maker. The air conditioning is individually adjustable and the rooms also feature a minibar and a balcony with a view of the Red Sea or the gardens.

There are two swimming pools in the outdoor complex, a separate children's pool, and a sun terrace surrounded by gardens, with views over the Red Sea and the beach, and more than 100 deck chairs and parasols available.
