Just come back from here, booked through First Choice (a UK travel agent).  Allegedly last year it was excellent and the brochure made it very attractive.  It has however been taken over by the Swedish firm, Langley Tours, and it's going downhill rapidly.  Poor aintenance, staff restock the firewood at 3am which means dragging a huge bin full of wood across the floor of the bar and waking up all those in the rooms below.  Our toilet was leaking and we complained 4 times, with no result (2 free bottles of poor quality sparkling wine when we checked out).  You have been warned.
