Hotel estafador. Hace 2 años, hicimos una reserva para pasar la noche de fin de año por lo que nos cargaron en nuestra tarjeta de crèdito 150€ como garantía y cuando llegamos allí nos dijeron que no tenían ninguna reserva hecha. Nos quedamos sin fin de semana. Denunciamos el hecho a la oficina del consumidor y han hecho caso omiso de los avisos. tampoco han contestado a la junta arbitral. No hay forma que nos devuelvan nuestro dinero. Ahora vamos a ir al juzgado. ya solo nos queda la via penal. Hemos viajado mucho por todo el mundo, conocemos muchos hoteles y jamas nos había pasado algo similar. Es alucinante. no entiendo como se puede queda...   [read more]
