This is a comfortable, first class, privately owned and family-run hotel in the centre of Salzburg, in a quiet location, and at the same time in the centre of town. The hotel, which was built in 1903, offers a total of 28 rooms, as well as a lobby, providing a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a cloakroom, hotel safe, lift access and currency exchange facilities. Guests can enjoy a light snack and a coffee in the hotel café and wine and dine in the restaurant. The hotel offers WLAN Internet access and a laundry service, as well as parking in the hotel car park or garage for an extra fee.

All the rooms are equipped with an en suite bathroom with a shower, WC and hairdryer. Podria opinar si me hubiese alojado en dicho hotel. Al llegar al hotel nos dijeron sin mas explicaciones que  habian cometido un error en la reserva y que debiamos dirigirnos a otro hotel de la ciudad. Tuvimos que ser nosotros quien llamasemos a transhotel para informarnos de lo que habia ocurrido. Me parece fatal que desde el primer dia se me haga el cobro del hotel, pewro no se nos comunique que se habia realizado una reserva doble. Los que primero llegaron se quedaron en el lasserhof y nosotrso nos tuvimos que a otro hotel, que supuestamente era de categoria superior, pero que no tenia los servicions por lo0s que nosostros habiamos esco...   [read more]
