The rooms vary vastly in shape and size due to the age of the building, for example the hotel has two 8 bedded rooms, though on average they are medium in size. All guests must use shared facilities, though all the rooms have their own basin. On average the rooms are in fair condition, with basic functional furniture, and some on the ground floor have impressive high ceilings and large windows. The restaurant is on the lower ground floor, it is very simple, basic, clean and functional. The hotel consists of a row of what were once very elegant Victorian townhouses which have been connected and converted. The lobby is medium, purely functional, clean and well maintained. Also feature several internet points. This is certainly only for those on a tight budget and aimed at the student market, but it is admirably clean and tidy. (0106RP)
