This 3-storey hotel comprises 331 well-equipped rooms. Guests are provided with an foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, shops as well as a souvenir shop, bars, 2 conference rooms, and a playground. The inviting restaurant is air-conditioned and offers highchairs for younger guests.

The inviting rooms are fitted with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a minibar (for an added fee), a fridge, central heating, air conditioning, a safe and a balcony or a terrace.

The hotel has a heated indoor swimming pool with an integrated children's pool as well as a swimming pool with a bar and sun loungers. Guests may also take advantage of the in-house solarium. El hotel tiene una atención del personal (sudamericano en su gran mayoría) exquisita; únicamente, el domingo por la tarde, un camarero (nacional) se molestó cuando me trajo un café a la mesa porque había llegado mi esposo y le pidió otro ; dijo que nos podríamos haber esperado a estar los dos juntos para pedir (?). Fué la única nota disonante de la estadía. Las vistas del hotel son espectaculares; la limpieza es también de primera. Lo que parece ir siendo necesario es una restauración; los baños son antiguos, como el mobiliario y televisores.
