Opened by King George V in 1922 and formerly the seat of local government, the five star London Marriott County Hall commands one of the most evocative and memorable views of any city in the world. This full-service hotel is situated in the heart of London on the south bank of the River Thames opposite the Houses of Parliament and next to Westminster Bridge. The nearest underground stations are Westminster on the Circline, District and Jubilee lines and Waterloo on the Bakerloo, Jubilee and Northern lines. Waterloo Station is also the Eurostar terminal providing frequent rail connections to Paris and Brussels.
