Description of the Hotel Menorca Playa Santandria:

This hotel was built in 1980 and renovated in 200. There is a total of 41 double rooms spread over 6 floors. Guests may make use of the small garden and the stylish foyer with a reception desk and lifts. Additionally, a lounge area with TV corner, a bar and a restaurant are also on offer.

The tastefully decorated rooms all have airconditioning and include a bathroom with bath and hairdryer, a telephone, a satellite/ cable TV, a double bed, a safe and a balcony or terrace.

The outdoor complex offers a swimming pool with separate children's paddling area and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There is a snack bar right next to the beach and guests can also find a diving school next to the hotel. Billiards are also available.

Primero indicar que el hotel ya no pertenece a la cadena IBB. En cuanto al nuevo personal entiendo que todavía están "en rodaje" y algunos ponen buena voluntad, pero desde mi punto de vista les falta algo de imaginación y voluntad para resolver algunos problemas. Decir también dos puntos negativos: indican que tienen secador en las habitaciones y, por el momento, no hay. No avisan tampoco en la información general que en la media pensión no está incluida la bebida (ni siquiera el agua) que es cobrada en efectivo cada día en el momento de la cena a unos precios bastante elevados (p.e. 1,80 euros por una botella de 0,5 l de agua).
