Renovated in 2005, this fully air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 198 rooms, of which 10 are suites. Guests are welcomed in the inviting lobby with a 24-hour reception, lift access, a safe and currency exchange facility. Further facilities include a conference room, a games room, a bar, a pub and a restaurant with highchairs available for children. Room and laundry services can also be taken advantage of by guests, as can the wireless Internet access. There is a bicycle storage room and a car park. All public areas in this hotel are wheelchair accessible.

The tastefully appointed rooms feature carpeted floors and come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, and a double or king-size bed. Unique views over the hotel gardens, the majestic Helderberg Mountains, or over False Bay can be had from all rooms in this hotel. Further fittings include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV a radio, a hifi, tea and coffee making facilities, an Internet connection and, in most rooms, a terrace, a hire safe and a minibar.
