Description of the Hotel Novotel Athenes:

The city hotel was built in 1988 and consists of 7 floors with a total of 195 rooms, of which 15 are singles, 175 are doubles and 5 are suites. The spacious hotel lobby area offers guests a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, lift access and a currency exchange desk. Guests may also wish to make use of the two conference rooms, hotel bar and shop on offer. In addition, there are two restaurants within the hotel; the Côte Jardin, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area, and the Clair de Lune, a roof terrace restaurant affording panoramic views out over the Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill. Room and laundry services as well as Internet access are also available. For younger guests, there is a playground in the hotel's grounds. A car park is available for use by those guests arriving at the hotel by car.

The rooms comprise of an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer and a balcony. In addition, they are also equipped with a direct dial telephone, a minibar, individually controlled air conditioning, satellite/cable TV and a safe.

Depending on the weather, guests are also invited to make use of the rooftop swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols as well as a snack bar.

Moderno y super tranquilo hotel de primera categoría situado en una apacible calle de poco tráfico, muy encantador bar de aperitivos y personal amable, servicial y elegante de vestido. Tiene varios restaurante pero me encanta mucho el restaurante ubicado en la azotea ya que posee un fabuloso jardín y vistas panorámicas de la Acrópolis y de la colina de Lycabettus. La habitación ha sido muy amplia, limpia y confortable, muy correcta relación calidad-precio y una preciosa piscina de agua dulce.       [read more]
