The fully air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 328 rooms, including eight suites, spread across ten floors, and welcomes guests in a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, safes, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, and lift access. Further facilities include a café, a bar, and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs available for children. There is also a newspaper stand, a hairdressing salon, and a selection of shops. Business guests may take advantage of the various conference rooms (capacity of up to 450 persons) within the hotel as well as the Internet connection and WLAN access point. Guests may also make use of the laundry and room services, and those arriving by car can make use of the garage and car park.

Furnished and maintained to the highest standards, the rooms and suites all come with a luxurious en suite bathroom with separate WC, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, an Internet connection, a minibar, air conditioning, and central heating. Moreover, all rooms are soundproof.
