Front desk no muy priofesional - caotico - no amable Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación (cutre) al tener un calor insuportable. Intentaron cobrarnos para 4 habitaciones minetras que hemos reservado 2. Nos informaron que el pago no se habia efectuado - tuvimos que demostrarlo. Nos dijieron erromneamente que el desajuno no estaba incluido.   [read more]
