This city hotel represents a new type of establishment, which focuses on the comfort of its accommodation and diversity of its meeting rooms. From the excellence of its dining options to its modern health club or casino, this hotel is in a category of its own when it comes to hosting events. It comprises a total of 299 rooms including 4 junior suites and 5 suites. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a bar, a casino, 2 restaurants and conference facilities. Guests are also invited to take advantage of the room service and washing facilities (charges apply) and there is a garage available for those arriving by car (for an additional fee).

The rooms have double-glazed windows, a spectacular view of the Nahuel Huapi lake and the snow-covered mountains, and all the comfort guests would expect: an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, background music, cable TV, a radio, Internet access, heating, a safe and a mini fridge/ minibar. A king-size bed is also provided as standard.

O atendimento do hotel é ruim, falta pessoas trabalhando, sempre fomos mal atendidos e ficamos esperando... O hotel é bonito tem uma boa area de lazer, e bem localizado, mas o tratamento dos funcionarios é pior do que muitos hoteis de 3 estrelas.   [read more]
