Siendo usuaria del hotel Playa Calida Spa de Almuñeca los días del 30 de Octubre al 2 de Noviembre, nos parecio una falta de respeto y consideracion, que por motivos ajenos a nosotros las instalaciones se cerraran cuando estabamos alojados en el hotel, el personal de servicio nos comunicaron que el hotel se cerraba hasta la Semana Santa, y estaban recogiendo antes que nosotros nos marcharamos. Y es de muy mal gusto, que pagando unas instalaciones no pudieramos disfrutarlas. Esta es nuestra queja, porque cuando pagamos el hotel no nos comentaron que el hotel se iba a cerrar casi estando nosotros como clientes. Nada mas que añadir, espero q...   [read more]
