Por una confusión o despiste, mi hija cogió una maleta igual que la suya. En el hotel nos dimos cuenta del cambio. Tras ponernos en contacto con la agencia de viajes, la cual nos desplazó al hotel, en el norte de la isla; nos dijeron que el tema no les concernía y que lo solucionáramos por nuestros propios medios. La compañía aérea, nos indicó que tenía que desplazarnos urgentemente al aeropuerto para solucionar el problema. Un taxi cobra de 75 a 80 euros, solo por ir al aeropuerto.
