The hotel underwent a general overhaul and gave it a new, improved look. Renovated in the year 2001, this 7-storey hotel comprises 104 double rooms and 32 single rooms as well as one suite. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, a safe and a café. There is also a bar, a restaurant and a public Internet terminal (for an additional fee) available for use. Guests arriving by car may park in the car park available. Laundry and room services round off the offerings.

Each of the welcoming rooms comes with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, Internet access, a radio and satellite/ cable TV.

Tanto la limpieza como el trato humano SALVO el jefe de recepción, es correcto. Solo hablan inglés, no se esfuerzan lo más mínimo en intentar entenderte si no hablas inglés. El desayuno es inglés, así que ánimo porque está infumable. Al menos la habitación tenía aire acondicionado individual y baño completo. El servicio de limpieza es correcto y diario. La ubicación es bastante buena, en Bayswater, al lado justo de la estación de metro de Queensway y en frente de Kensington garden.   [read more]
