Guests are offered a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom and lifts. Additional facilities include a café, a kiosk, a hairdressing salon, an auditorium, a bar and a restaurant. Business guests may make use of the conference room and the Internet access with W-LAN access point. Guests may also make use of the room service and laundry services.

The deluxe rooms are spacious, elegant and feature stylish furniture in hues of beige, peach or blue as well as blackout curtains. O nome SHERATON é sinónimo de qualidade, elegância, cortesia, etc. Infelizmente o Sheraton de Zagreb, salvo a sua localização e átrio digno do nome SHERATON tudo o resto é desiluzão. O seu "Estado Geral" e limpeza é decepcionante, alcatifas muito degradadas, casas de banho deminutas, pratos copos e garrafas nos corredores por recolher durante horas, ao pequeno almoço sugiro que vá cedo pois senão praticamente não lhe atendem e a reposição das "iguarias" só a pedido.
