A traditional Nubian-style resort, the property is surrounded by landscaped gardens and dramatic pool areas. A four-plus resort with 409 unique guest rooms varying from singles to doubles and triples, the hotel shares its beach with the neighbouring Sonesta Beach Resort & Casino. The Club offers many fine dining options and Le Dunes discotheque is where guests will find themselves dancing the night away. The spa complex offers guests a wide range of facilities, including a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, newspaper stand, hairdressing salon, an auditorium and a casino. Guests may relax in the café, bar, or pub and younger guests are sure to enjoy the kids' club. Guests may also make use of the conference facilities, Internet access and room and laundry services.

The rooms feature a private balcony or roof terrace, individually regulated air conditioning and heating, digital satellite TV, a mini fridge, hairdryer, safety deposit box, direct dial telephone, fire alarm system and smoke detector. Other in-room amenities include an en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, a double or king-size bed, radio, Internet access and tea and coffee making facilities.

The hotel has one of the biggest aqua parks in Sharm El Sheikh with two great heated main pools divided into seven large pools. There is also a children's swimming area with a poolside snack bar and sun lounger and parasols laid out ready for use. The diving centre offers scuba diving and snorkelling with equipment and training. Guests may also take part in an aqua fit or aerobics session and try their hand at a range of water sports, such as waterskiing, jet skiing, surfing, windsurfing, motor boating, banana boating, sailing and catamaran boating. Other sport and leisure activities available to guests at the hotel include squash, tennis, table tennis, pool/snooker, basketball, volleyball, beach volleyball and horse riding. Guests may also make use of the sun loungers and parasols which are provided on the nearby sandy beach.
