Description of the Summa Hotel El Cortijo Golf:

This modern, air-conditioned hotel was opened in 2003 and comprises a total of 125 rooms, of which 7 are elegant suites, in the main building and the annexe, over 4 floors. The spacious foyer houses several lifts, a safe, a currency exchange facility and a 24-hour reception desk. Further facilities include a playroom, a café, various shops, a bar, a buffet restaurant and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant, where guests can sample Spanish culinary delights. Rooms are available for business guests for conferences, conventions and meetings. Guests may also make use of the laundry and room services as well as medical assistance. Children can let off steam in the playground and bicycle hire is on offer (for an additional fee). Those arriving by car may use the hotel car park.

The comfortable rooms come with a spacious bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a minibar, a hire safe, a sitting area and a balcony or terrace. The air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled.

Hemos estado de maravilla. El hotel es precioso y los alrededores también. Hay mucha vegetación. Teníamos desayuno y cena. Muy variado. Sólo estuvimos 6 días con lo que no se repitió menú. Abstenerse gente que quiera marcha. El hotel está muy retirado del pueblo. El personal muy atento. Saludos a David, el jefe de comedor. Lo malo: LOS MOSQUITOS. Llevar Kit de supervivencia: enchufe para la habitación con ultrasonidos, repelente y Afterbite para el después.   [read more]
