The modern hotel building consists of a central block with east and west wings and an expansive foyer. This elegant, fully air-conditioned hotel is spread over 18 floors and comprises 579 rooms. It has a lobby with a 24-hour reception, safety boxes, currency exchange facilities, and a cloakroom. Also, there are 8 lifts, a hairdressers, a kiosk, shop, 25 conference rooms, WLAN access (added fee), bar, café and a restaurant. Room and laundry services in addition to medical facilities are available for an additional charge. Younger guests can let off steam in the playroom. The hotel additionally has a car park and garage.

The comfortable and modern rooms are equipped with air-conditioned and central heating, double or king size bed, bathroom with hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access (added fee), minibar (added fee) and a hire safe.

El hotel ofrece unas magníficas vistas del Bósforo, la costa asiática y la antigua ciudad de Estambul.
