Built in 1925, this hotel is one of the most famous and graceful buildings in Zagreb, including a total of 209 rooms and suites. The hotel has a long and distinguished history and is famous for its impeccably high standards. El servicio lamentable. No a la altura de un hotel 5 estrellas, ni de 3! Muy maleducados, no vi ni una sonrisa en el personal en 5 días que estuve allí. Las instalaciones y la ubicación son de hotel 5 estrellas, pero el personal deja mucho que desear, vi llamarle "bastard" a un cliente nada más darse la vuelta.   [read more]
