Description of the Hotel Vacanza Sunbeach:

Built in 2007, this air-conditioned apartment complex comprises a total of 260 one or two-bedroom apartments spread over 10 floors, and has a garden and terrace. Among the hotel's facilities count an entrance hall with lift access, 24-hour reception. Guests may also make use of the restaurant, café/ bar and wireless Internet access in public areas (charges apply). A games room, a kids' club. There is a laundry service available (charges apply). The Hotel has a parking and garage (charges apply)

Each apartment comes with a living room and terrace. They also feature a cosy modern design and is equipped with a kitchen with fridge, as well as a fully fitted bathroom (hairdryer available at reception with a small deposit payment), safety deposit box (available to hire on arrival) and a satellite TV. Central heating and centrally adjustable air conditioning also come as standard in all accommodation.

There is an outdoor swimming pool with children's paddling section, a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with deck chairs and parasols. The complex also has a spa centre (charges apply), with a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a steam room, massage and a gym offering aerobics classes. Guests may also use the hotel's programme of entertainment organised for guests of all ages and there is also a kid's club.

Cuando llegué al Hotel me dijeron que tenía que dejar mi nº de tarjeta de crédito o un depósito de 100 €, en ningún sitio se indicaba esta circunstancia y no entiendo el porqué de esta norma ya que tenía mi habitación previamente pagada. Tuve que hablar con el encargado pero no me solucionó nada, "eran normas del Hotel", y que ocurriría si no tengo tarjeta de crédito y no llevo dinero, aun teniendo la habitación pagada no me hubieran dado la llave?, como era muy tarde, no quise discutir más, pero cuando me fui solicité el libro de reclamaciones, que casualmente no encontraban, tuvieron que llamar de nuevo al encargado para encontr...   [read more]
