Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Gyves House is an AA 4-star gold rated Victorian house situated just 30 yards from the Eastbourne seafront. The Pier is 6 minutes' walk from the property and the town centre just 10 minutes' walk. The bright rooms all have their original features and come with a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Every room is equipped with a private bathroom. Guests can enjoy a varied cooked breakfast using locally-sourced and organic produce as well as fresh fruit, cereals, homemade granola and bread. Gyves House also has a secure courtyard for cyclists to store their bicycles. We bake our own bread and pastries fresh every day, churn our own butter, make fresh creamy yogurt, fresh fruit teas and serve a delightful array of our own hand made preserves including our sunshine marmalade, berry jams and lemon curd. The beautiful Royal Parade outside our door has an abundance of exotic flowers and plants, in the summer roses bloom along our beach. On our doorstep is the Green Flag Princess Park with its boating lake, rose garden and popular restaurant. We are a five minute drive by car or bus to Europe's largest five harboured marina - Sovereign Marina also has a retail park and numerous restaurants. Further afield is the iconic Beachy Head and Severn Sisters many of our guests delight in the walks and gorgeous scenery.
