Located on the outskirts of Villach, a 5-minute drive from the city centre, the A10 motorway, and Lake Ossiach, Jugendhotel Egger - Youth Hostel Egger features a summer outdoor pool, heated by solar energy, and free WiFi. The Gerlitzen Ski Area is 3 km away and ski passes can be bought at the hotel. The functionally furnished rooms overlook the garden and offer a private bathroom. Some have a balcony and satellite TV. Half-board and full-board are available on request. Outdoor barbecue is offered in summer, while in winter, barbecue is served inside in the barbecue lounge. A vitamin bar, offering refreshments, is available as well and special diet meals upon request. The hostel organises excursions and sports camps. Free private parking is available on site. Access to the parking slots is via Hugo-Wolf-Straße.
