Pension Chamonix

The chamonix wine estate and accommodation situated about 5 KM from the town of Franschhoek, a vehicle is a must, as our accommodation is spread out across the estate. Chamonix offers its guest several accommodation options, all tastefully decorated, fully equipped and with views. Certain rooms have a seating area where you can relax. Some rooms feature views of the mountain or lake. Rooms have a private bathroom. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is featured. Stellenbosch is within 35 minutes' drive and Cape Town International airport is 72 km away. The accommodation is spread out across the Estate, so a vehicle is a necessity. Chamonix No longer do Game Drives. Only the Two Executive Suites in the Marco Polo Lodge, have a seperate door, to the Patio, although not a private patio for the Executive Suites only, as the Standard Rooms also have access to the Patio. Due to Chamonix being in the process of planting new Vineyards, heavy machinery is working on the Estate. Chamonix have No longer Game or the Game Reserve on the Estate.
