This family-run hotel offers a seasonal outdoor pool, with a poolside terrace and café. It is situated in a quiet part of Ciutadella, just 100 metres from the seafront promenade. Each simple, functional room at Hotel Madrid has a balcony with street views. All rooms include a fan, safe and private bathroom. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. Hotel Madrid is only 500 metres from Ciutadella Cathedral and the historic town centre. Platja Gran Beach is a 10-minute walk away. Free public parking can be found nearby.

    The hotel is well situated, we had a room on the second floor and we could face the sea and Mallorca on clear days. You can go to town for restaurants... by a 15 minutes walk. Breakfast is bread, hot drink, cereals, ham, cheese, milk, jam, butter, orange juice. There is an Internet point (not free) inside the hotel. The service is helpful and friendly. The only bad thing is that it is surrounded by dogs barking all the time (but not in the night) and that you can hear all noises coming from the corridor (slamming doors...), so take your earplugs if you want to go on sleeping affter 6 AM.
