I have never stayed in a hotel with such terrible service to be honest, from the moment I got in to the hotel the staff was so rude and was relishing every opportunity to say no to the guests, not only me. The hotel will not serve you the full variety of drinks, only to certain guests. They keep saying they never have champagne while they do. You cant get any service unless you TIP THEM FIRST. The Covid test that is supposedly in the hotel has long lines they dont work certain days and it is incredibly unreliable. The walls of the hotel are so sad we couldnt sleep the entire vacation because of a baby in the next room. And not to mention that I just had a surgery and that hotel stuff went out of its way to make me go back up and down any steps they could possibly, including sending me back-and-forth just to get a mask while they couldve just given me one
