    Bad service, rude manager

    Do not book this hotel. The customer service is extremely bad and the manager was very disrespectful.

    Since the beginning there was not even greeting at the front desk, only when i mentioned i had a reservation she asked to fill a from and sign a paper and that was it. No indication on the breakfast hours, elevators, room floor or anything. The manager was totally stressed, even it was low season. She even mentioned that to other customers at the front desk.

    The TV remote did not work and after several failed attempts, the manager did not fix the issue. Do not rely on the manager to solve any problem.

    I had to cancelled the reservation and the manager indicated i would not be charged; however, I ended being charged and no one at the hampton chain did anything to solve the issue. Do not go if you want to be mistreated and loose your money.
