    My opinion about this hotel Sercotel Torico Plaza

    The Hotel is in a superb location just 10 steps from the Torico Plaza and all the main attractions.

    The staff were excellent and communicated very well with the guests offering good advice on what to see and where to eat.

    We would certainly return and recommend the Hotel for others.

    Disappointed/Decepcionada. The standard room had an odour to it.view was of wall of next building. Upgraded to suite. No dressing table. Poor lighting. Bed linen needed renewing. Aircon blew directly onto person sleeping on right side. The upgrade suite
