Think twice before you will choose that Hostal. They will debit your card immediately , even if you are planning trip after 6 months , but in case you will decide to cancel your booking, you will wait for ages for money return! I wrote even to hotel, but

We stayed here for close to a week and i have no complaints. Right next to Puerta del Sol. We even forgot some items and they were kind enough to hold them for us. A/C in every room, clean bathrooms.

There was mold in the bathrooms and the rooms were not very clean. I guess you get what you pay for so choose wisely. The only thing that was good about this place was the price. I will choose another place to stay going forward.

Great location near the metro. Clean room. 24 hours service desk. There is luggage room. No breakfast. Shampoo was not renewed for the second day of stay.

Very bad experience. We just booked a trip to Madrid with my family and ended up flying with easy jet. Our flight got cancelled due to aerial controller strike and we try to call 3 times the hotel to reschedule our visit to 2 days later. They didn’t want
