2.6My opinion about this hotel InglaterraGraham - Jan 30, 2016
This hotel must have been wonderful when it opened in 1875. It is considerably less so in 2016. Cleaning staff and restaurant and bar staff were very pleasant but front desk staff had a poor attitude. The rooms and bathrooms need major refurbishment and attention to the safety of electrical fittings. The cost of a stay is not far behind that of the Parque Central but so much else is. Need to get back to being a great hotel!
