My opinion about this hotel

:) There was a problem with me at the hotel, I made a phone call which was toll free and I was charged in 87 euros, and the reception told me the night before cit was gonna be free of charge. Another incidente: a woman stayed prisioned inside the lift for one hour and when she got out, nobody of the reception provided even a glass of water, they have no prepare for situatins like that. Just very bad this so...
