Hotel bom...comida razoável (pouca variedade para as crianças)...piscinas boas...quartos razoáveis (muito quentes)...bons acessos...e tem comboio de acesso gratuito à praia...
Atenção: uma zona que tem muitas melgas e mosquitos, por causa do parque Donäna.

This hotel should not be classified as a 4star hotel in our opinion.
The food was not bad.
Pool is on the small side and they should find a different pool or location to play all the watergames as when these were going on there was no way you could get into the pool.
The hotel could do with more garden area for nice strolls in the evening after dinner.
Checking-In was a nightmare, big queue and only 2 counters
Checking-Out was even worse as we had to queue up on the same queue as people that were checking-in.
On the positive side, kids were well entertained by the pool and in the evenings and the hotel also has a jumping castle, trampolines, waterboats and bikes area round the back which you can access for a small charge 2 per kid, trampolines and jumping castles were free and waterboats and bikes at 1 a ride per kid, not bad at all.
Overall we think this hotel is over-classed by 1star -

Good space, garden and swimming pool.
The showers in the room don t have enough water.
Gentle people.
