    My stay in Hilton or 3 days from 27 to 30 august this was for hotel only did not include breakfast as you all know the hotel is in the centre of gross market full of restuarants and food shops

    arriving late in night at 10 pm after long journey from Zurich following attending a medical conference me and my family consisting of 4 people found a very descent welcome from staff in duty at night very descent staff who welcome us descently finished our check in rapidly give us very descent impression of the hotel even when I asked him for an available still open supermarket to get some water for my kids he offered us as a gift from the hotel few bottles to save us effort and much appreciated to that

    in the following day I had also a nice experience with staff in night duty staff member when I asked a help in prining my flight check in boarding pass who offered to help and guide either business centre

    my 3rd day was the event which spoiled all my descent impression for the hotel when my wife in the morning was using small toaster machine we always tae with us in all our travels for heating toast petit pan after putting Nutella or peanut butter inside which she forgets extra time the toast was burnt then we were alarmed by some crude man kn0cking our bell louding impolitely when I opened shouting crudely iit is not allowed for you to cook in hotel there is a smell of food cooing in all hotel rooms or yoy subject yourself to exit from hotel and not allowing you again in hitons

    I tried to explain to him it it was heater for toast and Nutella either he did not understand English properly or he pretends by that asking where it is I told hil in bathroom beside plug electricity he wanted to get in but my son was inside at that time finishing his words by another threatening of hotel expel

    He did not matter himself to start by inquiry of the problem to explain to him it is heater like boiler and iron machine but spoke in very crude impolite manner as if he is fighting in street with criminals....???

    Strangely enough a very descent hotel allow such crude impolite personnel to have jobs to damage their good reputation

    Following this event I was cheking out at 12 noon went to reception explained the problem to duty manager and her answer was sorry I would speak to him ????

    Iam only sad about how administration of hotel brussells allow such crude impolite people to deal with customers to damage all good descent impressions we had about hotel

    I got his photo while waiting in reception after checkout in cases administration want to investigate problem

    Lastly a word I am professor of medicine in my country not coming from jungles to cook food in Hilton and even if heater not allowed for toasting food this could be addressed more politely and descently
