Unexpected treat!! Walked in with bags over our shoulders. Booked double room(very, very reasonable) spent a wonderful afternoon and following morning in Salamanca....what's not to love?? Hotel a complete treat

Ignorant front desk. Rooms are dirty floors are dirty. Food service is rude. Only good thing is the location.

Classic, historic and wonderfully appointed. Clean and comfortable. Good location, Stayed overnight with a tour group. Good size room. Comfortable beds. Clean. Quiet. Nice size bathroom. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Cold AC. Free Wif

Very nice looking hotel. Room was nice and AC worked good although one of our group had no AC at all and they couldn't fix it. Upon check in we had to pay 3 euro for a bucket of ice for the room. Never has any hotel charged for ice! Dinner and breakfast w
