This historic Grade II listed building dating back to 1700 is a 10-minute walk from the town centre and train station, and offers renovated, comfortable interiors. All Classic rooms have free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a private bathroom. The Globe Hotel also offers free private parking. Guests can also use the property's complimentary electric car charging point. This family-run hotel has bus connections to the University of Essex, Colchester Zoo and other surrounding areas of Colchester. The mainline station is in walking distance which has connections to London Liverpool Street every 20 minutes. A 55-minute train journey can bring you to London.
