Situated at an altitude of 550 metres, among the hills of the Tuscan Apennines, Hotel Patria is 1 of the oldest hotels in Chianciano. It is 50 metres from the Terme Sensoriali thermal centre. Bought by the Barbetti family in 1920, the Patria has been run by the same family ever since. Its rooms are decorated with simple classic furniture.
