Situated in Martano, in the heart of Grecìa Salentina, there is Naturalis Bio Resort & SPA, a wonderful 18th-century farming village, today transformed into a beautiful and charming Resort. The Masseria extends for 20 hectares, occupied by flourishing fields of Aloe Vera, Olive Trees, Wheat, Pomegranate Trees, a Vineyard and a wide variety of aromatic herbs which become the raw materials for the cosmetic products made by the mother company N&B, always active in the respect of the environment and in the enhancement of the territory. The Resort has 14 elegant rooms, among Dimore della Corte, Suite del Borgo and the luxurious Suite Torre delle Stelle. The rooms are internally painted with different colours, based on the plant or tree from which they take their name and that grows in our fields. Each room is inspired by a surrounding nature theme, combining the elegant style of the ancient and precious furniture, such as handmade wrought-iron beds, XVIII century furniture, collection of ceramics and daily use objects, hand-embroidered lamps, linen made by local weavers and, on the other side, the most modern technological services, such as air-conditioning, mini-bar, wireless internet service, satellite and LED TV, chromotherapy shower and jacuzzi. All the rooms have a breathtaking view on the fields and the Junior Suites have an outdoor private patio. High in the garden stands a silo, used in the past to store wheat. Now it has been restored and it will become a luxurious suite with 3 floors and a balcony, where our guests can admire the extraordinary biodiversity of the Masseria in the morning and look at the magic of the stars in the night. The Suite will have a Private SPA “The Capelvenere Cave”, used in the past to hide the wheat and today equipped with a tepidarium with a natural water source and heated floor, a thermal pool with hydromassage and chromotherapy and a sauna realised in a natural rock indentation. In this romantic heaven of peace and tranquility it is also possible to enjoy our wonderful swimming pool, surrounded by a wide garden with plants and Mediterranean essences, in line with the bio-concept of the Resort. The water is treated with sea salt, making it pristine and light and respecting both the skin and the environment. The “4 Elements Private & Exclusive SPA”, immersed in a suggestive scenario of an enchanting and unspoilt nature, offers a complete wellness service with a Circuit and several massages and treatments, in a beautiful corner of intimacy. The structure was carved in limestone when in the past there was a cistern for the rainwater. Authentic expression of the km0 is our idea of cuisine, a trip discovering the genuine taste of the Salento old culinary traditions, where stand out our fresh ingredients, the Aloe Vera virtues and the aromatic herbs, which grown in the Naturalis garden.
