Royal Victoria park is just a 5-minute walk away. Every room at Brooks Guesthouse is of a very high standard, mixing antique and modern furniture. The en suite bathrooms feature travertine stone tiles and Italian designer fittings. Brooks have sourced the best local organic ingredients for breakfast. Choose from full English, vegetarian, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine, , selection of cereals, homemade granola, yoghurt and compote. An honesty bar is open daily with great selection and the guest lounge has an open log fire and free internet access via laptop. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the guesthouse. A limited number of free parking permits are available at reception. Permit allows to park in Zone 6, in residential bay. Parking permits are on first-come, first-served basis and cannot be booked in advance. Car parking is also possible in Charlotte Street car park (additional costs) which is behind the Guesthouse.
