The Hotel Nest- und Bietschhorn in Ried in the Lötschen Valley is only a 4-minute drive from the Lauchernalp cable car. Being the oldest hotel in the unspoilt high alpine Lötschen valley, the family-run Hotel Nest- und Bietschhorn offers traditional hospitality and wood-panelled, simply furnished rooms. The single rooms are located on the 4th floor and feature slanted roofs. Typical Valais specialities are served in the cosy alpine-style dining room featuring an open fireplace. Guests can sample a typical Swiss breakfast every morning. The property´s restaurant was awarded 15 Gault Millau points and a Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide.
