Hi we are regular visitors to the gala placid .but this isn't a review as such we just want to let john Danny Maria and all the staff at the hotel know that we thinking of them at this sad time around the world hoping all staff and their famies are keep

Canelled our friends room so when we cancelled ours they took £205 off my friends refund. It was only booked and paid 5 days before. Absolutely disgisting, greedy company.

Great for a stag or hen, just in reach of the main drinking area and a beach right outside the main door.

Reception staff are great as were the restaurant /kitchen staff. Can't say the same for bar staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Alcoholic drinks are not very good and food on offer wasn't great, so wouldn't recommend all inclusive. Was a safe comfortable stay

Hotel is situated in an ideal position for shops and bars . The food is good with a good variety to choose from. Yes the rooms are dated ,but presentable . Take no notice of all the negative reviews. Enjoyed every minute.

We have just returned from a seven night stay and I did see reviews beforehand some not so good.. but the staff were hard working especially the dinning area.. all friendly.. the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels...the food we couldn't fault a lo

Great food always something available my wife and I could eat. We returned home last week from this hotel, only downside was group's of rowdy men banging doors and shouting throughout the first floor. Excellent hard working staff, would probably use again
