Set on the edge of the charming Cantabrian town of Comillas, just a 30-minute walk from the beach, this complex provides spacious and well-equipped apartments, ideal for a rural getaway with all the family. Club Condal is located 300 meters away from downtown. Surrounded by gardens, measuring 4000 m², Club Condal also boasts an outdoor swimming pool, where you can spend the day relaxing and swimming. There is also a terrace, where you can enjoy soaking up the sunshine. Each of the apartments comes with one or 2 bedrooms, a lounge dining room, American-style kitchen, where you can prepare your own meals, and an en-suite bathroom. Club Condal is located 300 metres from the town centre and 1 km from the nearest beach. From here, you can also visit the beautiful, Cantabrian towns of San Vicente de la Barquera and Santillana del Mar.

Hay que partir de que el norte no tiene los precios de otros lugares de España. Con lo cual, el precio suele ser superior. Los apartamentos lo valen, ya que cuentan con una equipación más que correcta y en lo que se refiere a electrodomésticos tienen poco

Una cosa es que sea antiguo, que puede tener su encanto, y otra cosa es que no lo cuiden, en este último caso es lo que sucede en estos apartamentos. Muy mejorables. Cocina antigua, ni estropajo, ni bayeta, vasos que al echar zumo rompen solos por debajo,
